Booking & Payment
How do I schedule junk removal?
You can call us to schedule your junk removal. We will confirm a date and time that works best for you. You can also email us, but a quick phone call is always the quickest and most efficient way to schedule your service as there are some important questions to ask you about your stuff.
Can you provide an estimate over the phone?
Yes, this the best way to get a great quote. If it is just a few items we can usually provide a firm quote, otherwise by asking more questions we can provide an estimate for larger amounts. Call us today.
When do we pay for the Junk Removal?
Once the truck is loaded, and you are satisfied with the service, then we will take payment. Satisfaction guaranteed!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 days ahead to be safe, but we always do our best to fit you in!
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! Our entire team is licensed and insured. We also carry WCB and liability insurance.
Do you charge by weight or by volume?
We primarily charge by volume (how much space your items take up in our truck), we also take weight and type of material into consideration (Ex. Cardboard Vs.Concrete). Always make sure to give us as much detail as possible when chatting to us about your junk.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all the following forms of payment:
- Visa
- American Express
- MasterCard
- Interac / Debit
- Cheques
- Etransfer – We will provide the etransfer details when we meet!
- And, of course, cash!
Do you provide Receipts?
Absolutely! If you provide us with your e-mail, we can send you a receipt and a payment confirmation.
Do you require a deposit for full service junk removal?
No we do not. Our team wlil arrive, provide a quote, and after it is loaded we will accept payment. Once that’s completed, we are on our way to donate, recycle, and dispose of your wonderful junk.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely no hidden fees! We’re upfront with all pricing and prefer to provide our quotes by phone so we can ask all the impotant questions. The quote we provide includes labor, hauling, and disposal fees.
Do I need to be home during the pick up?
No you don’t. We can arrange payment ahead of time or make contact by phone when we arrive to remove your glorious junk.
Everything Else
Are there different rates for different materials?
Yes, some materials require different rates because some materials are more expensive to dispose of or they may need to be taken to different facilities around the city.
What types of items don’t you take?
There are definately some items that we do not take. These include liquids, chemicals, pesticides, asbestos containing material, etc. See the full list of what we accept right here.
Can you remove items from inside of our house?
Yes, we certainly can! Our junk removal team can come in and remove items from your house, condo, apartment, office, or place of business.
Can you help with the demolition of old sheds and the removal.
Yes we do sometimes take on demolition of old sheds and the removal of debris. It’s always best to call us so that we can discuss the details of what you’re looking for!
Does everything just go into the landfill?
No, we take great pride in sorting your load so the minimal amount of stuff makes it to the landfill. We donate when possible, recycling is next, and then whatever is left goes to the landfill.
What happens to reusable items?
We always try to donate items in good condition to local charities and reuse centers before recycling or disposal.
Do you recycle mattresses and furniture?
We certainly do! Whenever possible we recycle or donate mattresses, furniture, and other reusable items to limit what ends up in the landfill.
Can you pick up a single item?
Absolutely. We can remove just one item or multiple full truckloads — no job is too big or too small!
Do you take appliances and electronics?
Yes, we remove appliances such as fridges, stoves, washers, dryers, TVs, and other electronics. Check out the list of what we take, right here.
Do you offer commercial junk removal?
Yes, we work with offices, property managers, real estate agents, local contractors and builders, and retail businesses for regular or one-time junk removal. Give us a call!
Do you take yard waste and branches?
Yes, we remove yard waste such as branches, leaves, sod, and brush. All this is taken to an appropriate mulching or composting facility.
Do you remove hot tubs or Jacuzzis?
Yes, we can remove old hot tubs and jacuzzis. We’ll need to assess whether your tub might require light demolition before hauling.
Do you provide cleanups for hoarding situations?
Yes, we handle hoarding and large property cleanouts with care, respect, and discretion.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
Absolutely! If your items are placed outside, we can pick them up while you’re away; no contact needed.
Can you help with estate cleanouts or moving cleanups?
Yes!. We can assist with estate cleanouts, downsizing, moving, and foreclosure cleanups.
What happens if I have more junk than expected?
Totally, no worries! Our team will reassess on-site and provide an updated quote before continuing so there are no surprises at the end of the day.
Can you remove junk from basements, or garages?
Yes, our team can remove items from anywhere on your property such as basements, garages, sheds, or barns.
Can you remove construction debris?
